A breathing session begins with you lying down and relaxing. Your Rebirther shows you how to connect your breath to become smooth and flowing; you are guided to find your own breathing rhythm. As the session progresses you are guided to work with the material that surfaces.

At the end of the Rebirthing therapy session there is often an experience of deep peace and tranquility. Your Rebirther supports you to uncover any unconsciously held negative beliefs and to set up a course of action which will challenge those beliefs.
