Reflexology

ReflexologyReflexology is one of the most ancient of complementary therapies.  Centuries ago the Chinese, Egyptians and North American Indians made use of it as a comprehensive method of treating the whole body.

Reflexology was introduced to the western world in the 1930’s by Dr William Fitzgerald, since which time the techniques have been refined to give us Morrell Reflexology.

Reflexology Health Benefits

  • Eliminating The Body’s Toxins. …
  • Improved Nerve Functions
  • Improved Brain Power
  • Increased Blood Circulation
  • Relaxation
  • Boosting Energy Levels and Metabolism
  • Reducing Headaches
  • Relieves discomfort from Pregnancy and menstruation

Morrell Reflexology is very gentle, using a minimal level of pressure to first stimulate and then sedate the whole body through reflex points located in the feet.  This encourages the body to find its own balance and harmony, treating the body, mind and spirit in a holistic approach.

Each person does react differently to treatment, but by the end of a session the client should feel relaxed which, in itself, is an important factor in  recovery and well being.

After a detailed case history is taken, treatment will diagnose and help any ailments or disorders.  The gentle pressure applied in Morrell Reflexology should not result in any discomfort for the client.
