Opel Skies is a Natural Healing Energy Practice, created in 2006 by Gail McPhillips and based in a beautiful bespoke Yurt called the 'Copper Yurt Place' in Manchester, England in the UK.  Gail McPhillips the owner of Opel Skies is an 'Intuitive'; someone who possesses a unique gift with energy; with the ability to work with and sense energy in many ways. 

Gail McPhillips at Opel Skies, uses Breath Work as the core foundations to her Natural Healing Energy Practice, where she practices many specialised Breath Techniques, learnt from over 21 years of Meditation practice, guidance and facilitation.  Gail McPhillips is a professional Shiatsu Practitioner, Reiki Master and Teacher, Theologian, Spiritual Guide and Facilitator.  Utilising Breath Work enables Gail to work with people on the deepest levels of the body/mind, facilitating healing on the physical, emotional and spiritual body.  To Gail, Breath is all that is - 'In life there is breath and in breath there is life' .

At Opel Skies all Course, Activities, Gatherings and Events are carried out under the auspices of Breath Work, where Gail McPhillips creates a healing space where the individual can connect to their own central place of well being in order to heal. Gail McPhillips has the ability to connect with people on many levels and with all ages in a most unique and special way, always ethically and always with an understanding that every human being is sacred.  As an Intuitive Gail McPhillips facilitates the connection of Healing from the Universal realms to the deepest core of the Earth, working with the Earths rhythms and cycles, connecting to the Divine with all beings.
