Birth Affinity is run by experienced qualified midwife Lorraine Berry and provides Natal Hypnotherapy courses to pregnant women and their birth partners in addition to Birth Preparation tailored to individual needs and wishes - this includes active birth and waterbirth, and a comprehensive breastfeeding option.  Lorraine is happy for Midwives, yoga teachers, doulas or other interested parties to attend her Natal Hypnotherapy courses free of charge - subject to availability - in order to increase awareness of how this technique can increase confidence and positivity, empowering women to have a positive birthing experience.
