My training is in psychodynamic and person-centred counselling. Clients attend once per week generally for an hour session.
I work with both adult and child clients using a play therapy approach with young people.
Special areas include depression, anxiety, work or school related problems, relational and partnership problems, emotional prolems relating to illness.
