I teach the Alexander Technique in Brixton, South London, close to Herne Hill. I am a generalist Alexander Technique teacher who has worked with a wide variety of people. I have worked a lot with pregnant women and new parents. Most people come either for pain - typically back, neck or shoulder pain - and/or poor posture.
