In my shiatsu practice I have a general caseload and enjoy especially working with clients using shiatsu as a preventative therapy supporting personal health wellbeing and growth.I also work with women in pregnancy and offer support during labour and following birth for mother and baby.My training in food energetics I use generally in my work and also offer natural cooking classes and provide a catering service for workshops by arrangement.I enjoy helping people towards personal empowerment where they can be at ease with responsibility for themselves.
