I am qualified in Brief Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and have a very down-to-earth approach which takes into account the latest research in psychotherapy, biology and the mind-body connection. As a hypnotherapist I deal with a wide range of issues such as smoking cessation, weight loss, migraine, IBS, phobias, panic attacks amongst others but am also qualified as Hypnobirthing Practioner delivering a comprehensive programme on preparing for a more relaxed pregnancy and birthing experience.
