Stephanie Smith

Stephanie Smith has been teaching since 1994 and runs The Alexander Practice in Theydon Bois, West Essex. She came to the Technique because of recurring and increasingly serious back pain and since qualifying she has undertaken extensive post-graduate training. Her teacher and mentor was a Doctor of Biomechanics at Surrey University.

Stephanie Smith teaches introductory courses and gives explanatory talks about the Alexander Technique as well as having appeared on television to talk about and demonstrate the Technique. Stephanie also teaches post-graduate courses for Alexander Teachers.
