Sheila Hicks Balgobin

I am a small producer of flower and environmental essences which I make in the tiny West African country of Gambia. They are prepared with a non-alcoholic preservative, Red Shiso, which not only holds steady the vibration of the flowers and environment, but also amplifies their effect.

In keeping with my respect for all life, no part of the flower or plant is removed - the water is set in the midst or underneath the plant. I also give the plants reiki in exchange for their wisdom and beauty. I believe this gentleness is what makes the essences so effective.
