Psychosynthesis counselling is a holistic approach that seeks to integrate all parts of the personality. Psychosynthesis has a deeply affirmative perspective and honours each person on his or her journey towards living life more fully.

Together we would look at aspects of your past in order to understand issues you are facing now. Psychosynthesis is also about uncovering a sense of your purpose in life and, going forward, creating a more meaningful life.

Talking to a trained counsellor is a way of understanding your issues and, through this, starting to take responsibility for making different choices.

I aim to bring warmth and sensitivity to my work and I offer a safe and confidential place for you to explore and understand difficult feelings and thoughts. I listen carefully without judging you.

In addition to my private practice, I have worked as a volunteer counsellor with two organisations:
* The Psychosynthesis & Education Trust's Low Cost Counselling Scheme
* PACE, London's largest lesbian and gay counselling and mental health project

I am a member of the PACE Psychotherapy and Counselling Referral Network and a member of the Directory of Pink Therapists.

I am also listed online in the BACP's Counselling and Psychotherapy Resources Directory. I adhere to the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Fees
Each session costs £40 and lasts for 50 minutes.

There is no charge for the initial consultation. This is a chance for us to meet and to see how we might work together.

I have a small number of lower cost places that may be available from £30 per session.
