I Studied with The School of Natural Health Science.
Obtaining diplomas in basic and advanced Nutrition and also a Higher International Diploma in Nutrition.
My main interest in this field is the help that Nutrition can have on those suffering with mental disorders such as bipolar disorder. The peope who suffer with these conditions are often prescribed with mind altering drugs, that only mask the symptoms and do not address, or even cure the suffering. Nutrition is the only way forward for these people, obviously with some back up of a psychologist,if needed. I feel strongly that these sufferers could lead normal lives again, instead of them exsisting in a daze because of the medication that is supposed to be helping them.
