I am a registered hypnotherapist, psychotherapist, SNLP licensed Master NLP Practitioner and life coach. I run a private practice in Chichester, West Sussex and also hold sessions in Bognor Regis, West Sussex.

My approach to change-work is based on a deeply held belief that each person is capable of making profound, positive and permanent changes to their life. As a therapist and life-coach, I seek to help my clients unlock their inner potential to gain personal and emotional freedom and make amazing personal transformations.

Some clients present problems or concerns that can be overcome extremely quickly using cognitive hypnotherapy and NLP techniques. Other clients may feel they wish to work in a different way and explore their concerns at a slower pace - in these instances, I use an integrative, solution-focused approach to psychotherapy. We can also explore and heal childhood trauma using hypnoanalysis and regression techniques as appropriate.
