I am a Kinesiologist and Nutritional Therapist. Through my work using natural healthcare methods, I have been priveliged to witness the powerful effects of both of these therapies.
Nutritional Therapy involves dietary changes and the use of nutritional supplements to help bring about beneficial changes within the body's biochemistry. I specialise in using nutritional therapy to help people with digestive disorders and unexplained fatiuge.
Health Kinesiology works with the subtle energy system within the body. It is a very gentle and unusual therapy, but the results can be quite profound. I have used health kinesiology to treat vertigo, PMS, unexplained pains, digestive problems, stress, anxiety, fatigue, the list goes on.
