I am also a registered Occupational Therapist offering chronic pain management, especially vocational interventions and goal setting (www.realhealth.org.uk. My approach is based on a synthesis of cognitive behavioural principles and various 'right brain' methods to access your core skills and full potential. Polarity Therapy sessions can be an aspect of this. I trained with Richard Bolles, world renowned author of the Career and Life guide: 'What Colour is your Parachute?'
