Counselling is an opportunity to talk confidentially with a qualified and experienced counsellor about any distress or difficulties you may be experiencing at the moment. There is evidence that counselling can help people adjusting to major life events. These may include, relationship or work related difficulties, a range of losses (bereavement, divorce or separation) stress anxiety and depression etc. I can also show you ways of achieving a state of relaxation as an antidote to stress, and show you how to draw on these as a coping strategy.

Full qualifications;
