‘Colonic Hydrotherapy or Colonic Irrigation has become widely accepted as a treatment, which promotes good health and well being.

During the treatment warm filtered water is gently infused into the colon using gravity fed low pressure via the rectum. The Therapist then gently massages the abdomen to encourage the water to move through the length of the colon. When the water is released, gas, mucus, impacted faeces and therefore toxins are removed from the body. 

Colonic Hydrotherapy can benefit everyone but particularly those people suffering from IBS, Flatulence, bloating, digestive problems and constipation to name but a few.
