Laura Cusick has been studying the Alexander Technique for 10 years, qualifying as a teacher in 2004 having completed the 3-year teacher training course. She originally came to the technique through singing and performance, and has since found it greatly beneficial in pregnancy, birth and looking after small children. She is a fully certified member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique.
