Further Information
I am a qualified counsellor and embodied-relational therapist, working in private practice in Bishopston, Bristol. I work integratively, which means that I draw upon a number of different approaches in my therapy work. I tend to work with people bringing themes associated with resolving painful histories, loss and bereavement, body-mind integration, spirituality, major life transitions, and work related issues. I have been a practising Buddhist for the past 15 years, so Buddhism, meditation and visualisation inform my therapy work, although you don't have to be a Buddhist to come and see me.
I am a member of the BACP. Please see my website for more information.
