Smart Therapies offers Daoyin Tao and Bowen Technique, both hard to find in the local area, as well as Reflexology and Hopi Ear Candle treatments. I work from Better Health Reflexology Centre in Guisborough and from a clinic at my home in Moorsholm; home and workplace visits are also available at a slightly higher cost.

Bowen Technique is a highly effective, very gentle remedial therapy, which has been shown to help a wide range of conditions, physical, mental and emotional, and often only 3 weekly treatments are needed ; significant benefits can often be noticed after the first treatment.
