Judith has over 20 years experience treating people with physical disabilities in hospital and social service settings prior to becoming a complementary therapist specialising in Pain and Stress Relieving Therapies that are gentle and non-invasive. The three therapies on offer can all be carried out through lightweight clothing and can be performed seated or using a therapy couch.

Judith has been practising Bowen Therapy since 2004 and has had great succes with all types of physical problems from migraine to sciatica and for a range of client groups. Babies with colic to elderly people with the pain of osteoporosis have all benefitted. Sports people and those who are less active have also benefitted from this gentle, hands on, body balancing therapy.
If you just want help with relaxation then this therapy is also wonderful in helping with stress and sleeping problems.

Judith also offers the Emmett Technique, which is a muscle release therapy that stands alone or can be combined with other therapies to enhance the results. Emmett technique works on specific muscles to help with improved range of movement; pain relief and balance issues.
