As a BACP Accredited Counsellor, my main theoretical model is the Person-Centred approach however I also have experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I work with children, teenagers, adults and couples.
Having worked as a counsellor for a national mental health charity since 1999 I am experienced in a wide range of emotional, mental and behavioural difficulties.

I am also qualified and experienced in delivering 6 levels of Triple �P� (Positive Parenting Programme) to parents either on a one-to-one basis or within small groups.
Triple 'P' covers children aged 2 - 12 years; 12 - 16 years; 2 - 16 years with Special Needs.
The programme is designed to either look at one specific early onset behavioural problem or offers an extensive range of strategies to deal with more severe behavioural difficulties: ADHD; ADD; autism range etc.
The level offered is dependant entirely on the parents needs and at all times the parents goals-for-change, family values and standards are respected.
I have vast experience in delivering the various levels of this programme within private, health and charity settings.
