I work within the NHS as a Counselling Psychologist and also in private practice. I specialise in helping people to develop awareness and understanding of their mind/body connection. I work with depression, anxiety, stress, phobias and other issues that may cause problems.
I currently work part time in the NHS and part time in private practice. I also offer supervision to those who work as counsellors, support workers and indeed would be happy to consider anyone working with people as we all need supervision.
I am an integrative therapist and integrate hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and psychological theories to bring about change for those who wish to change.
Reiki is available to those who suffer from stress and/or anxiety and wish to experience a relaxed state. This may be offered in conjuction with or separate to talking therapy.
I am always happy to talk to those who wish to find out more.
