I have been working as a bodyworker for 17 years & can offer a variety of skills & therapies to help people rebalance & recover on a deep structural level or just to destress, unwind & relax from their normal busy lifestyles.
One of my main therapies is what I call "Structural Rebalancing", this is a combination of various skills that I have trained & qualified in, including McTimoney Chiropractic & Spineworks. It is particularly helpful for back & neck problems & for releasing trauma held in the body.
I also specialise in Naturopathic Detox & Fasting. I run comprehensive retreats for small groups, as well as working as a personal Detox Coach, where I guide individuals through their own tailored detox process.
