I'm a Holistic Therapist which means that I work to heal the whole body.
The session (usually 1 hr) will consist of a chat (including medical history, medication on your first visit), a relaxation, the therapy, an energy alignment and a short chat to discuss self-help.
I may recommend Bach Flower Remedies and crystals in my sessions.
**I don't do body massage**
