Jane Knight

For over 30 years I have worked very successfully in the local authority and corporate market, mainly in the field of people development, building on my degree in Sociology with Psychology. With my daughter I run my own training company called Life Fit, as well as being a qualified Teacher, Trainer, Hypnotherapist, Age Regression Therapist, Past Life Regression Therapist, Usui and Angelic Reiki Master, and Colourworks Therapist and Teacher. Since November 2004 I have combined my spiritual, shamanic and complementary therapy work with my extensive corporate development experience. I have used this to help me through the many adventures in my own life, both work and personal. I am based near Ludlow, Shropshire. I run workshops and offer consultations in person or by email or phone. I look forward to working with anyone who feels drawn to me and my blend of experience.
