Eating Disorders
I work with clients who have eating disorders such as Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating, and Non Specific Eating Disorders (NSED). I have studied with the National Centre for Eating Disorders and am on their list of recommended practitioners I am also registered with the Eating Disorders Association.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
I also specialise in working with clients who have PTSD either through a single traumatic event such as an assault or a series of events such as bulling at work or school. I have been trained in CBT and EMDR both of which are recommended for treating this disorder within the NHS.
General
Aside from my specialisations I also work with clients with a whole range of issue such as phobias, bereavement and self-esteem.
Aside from my private practice in Cheltenham I also work for the NHS as a counsellor
