i have been teaching yoga since 2000 in manchester...i teach hatha yoga with an emphasis on the philosophy of yoga for modern living..i am fascinated by the body-mind connection and how yoga is a creative practice...my classes tend to be a about re-discovering freedom and play thro the body, breath, meditation and chakra-energy work.
i also facilitate 'yoga and creative expression' workshops since 2004 combining yoga, dance, poetry, meditation and painting.
I offer one-to-one classes and groups.
