My reflexology session is a partnership with the patient in which there is an intention of 'wellness' from both parties. It is not necessary for the patient to believe in this Healing Art but it is necessary for the patient to want to be well. It is also not necessary for the patient to be ill - in fact reflexology provides many benefits in keeping the body balanced. It also helps stimulate the immune system.
