Kinesiology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy, which uses muscle testing as a biofeedback system. It reveals energy imbalances or problem areas in the body and helps find an appropriate correction. Its applications range from identifying food intolerances and allergies to alleviating pain, digestive problems and depression.
Emotional Freedom Techniques are used either in combination with Kinesiology or as a stand-alone therapy, depending on the client’s needs. Treatment mainly focuses on tapping meridian points, which releases energy blockages. In many cases improvement is experienced instantly or after only a few sessions. EFT can be helpful with emotional issues such as stress, anger, fears and addictions as well as many physical conditions.
Gisela is a Systematic Kinesiologist at diplomate level. She is a member of the Association of Systematic Kinesiology (ASK) and The Association for Meridian Energy Therapies (AMT). Gisela has been practising since 2005.
