As well as Swedish massage technique my work also incorporates sport massage techniques like deep tissues work, and shiatsu techniques. I also do joint mobilization, lymph drainage, breathing technique, chakra and energy balancing. In my treatment I focus on the clients’ needs, trying to engage with them not just on a physical level but on a mental and emotional one too.
