Psychosynthesis Counselling and Therapy offers individuals an opportunity to explore their problems and worries in a safe and confidential setting. This particular method of counselling upholds the concept of holism with the philosophy that people have physical, mental and spiritual aspects to their being. The need to work with the whole person is therefore valued in this work.

I work with adults of all ages with many different problems or worries and mental health issues. I especially welcome older people as they often feel counselling and psychotherapy is not for them. I was a senior lecturer in healthcare at the University of Brighton for fifteen years. During that time, ageing and wellbeing were a feature of my work and I developed and delivered a degree in working with older people.

I also practice as a supervisor and being integrative in my approach, I supervise therapists from a range of backgrounds. I suggest an introductory chat if you would like to talk about possible supervision . There is no charge for this.
