Further Information
My approach is Relational-Integrative (humanistic,existential, psychodynamic, transpersonal). I offer brief, solution focussed counselling as well as open ended longer term psychotherapy. The latter is particularly relevant for very long standing issues, or when people want to understand themselves and their relationships better. Supervision offered for counsellors and those in other helping professions, including the voluntary sector.
