Memory sits in body and mind. In my practice the body is invited to communicate. My approach combines bodywork based on my long standing experience with the Alexander Technique (FM Alexander) and psychodrama psychotherapy methods (JL Moreno). I faciliate the development and appropriate expression of emotions such as fear, anger, shame, joy, pride, sadness. In the work we can address intra- and interpersonal difficulties. I work with performing artists as well as with typical ailments such as pain in neck, shoulder, back or simply bad posture. I work with the challenges of neurological conditions such as Dystonia, MS, Spina Bifida.

The Rehearsal of the Possible in a Safe Environment

I work in one-to-one and group settings. I offer workshops, give presentations to the public and private sector for all ages. I adhere to the ethical code of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT) and the British Psychodrama Association. I am CRB checked and fully insured.
