Polarity Therapy is a form of healing by touch based on the five-element system. Too much or too little of any of the five elements will cause an imbalance within the Individual's energy system.
Randolph Stone introduced this therapy after he studied various forms of healing. Polarity therapy can include Chakra balancing, stretching exercises and energy balancing using different qualities of touch. It is a very relaxing form of treatment which gives the recipient a sense of wellbeing.
