I am a qualified, experienced counsellor based in Manchester. I offer person-centred counselling for many issues including anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, health issues, disability, relationships, abuse, sexuality and self-esteem. I work as a therapist with adults and young people in a warm, safe and confidential environment, allowing space to explore thoughts and feelings. Creative/art Therapy is also available.
