I have been working with young people and adults in the mental health field for over 10 years.
I have experience of working with people with a wide range of issues including: bereavement, stress, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship issues, sexual abuse, addiction, and low self-esteem. I have also helped people to work through more general life issues such as; coming to terms with traumatic events, making decisions and life changes and helping people to understand themselves more deeply.
I like to meet people for an initial session so that we can talk about what is concerning you and how I might be able to help. My fees are on a sliding scale (£30-£40) and I have a couple of spaces available at a reduced rate to people on a low income.
