Daniela Maroni

As a Clinical Psychologist with several years of experience, I provide a range of psychological and therapeutic services both to adults, adolescents and children at a therapy centre in Central London.

I am a member of the British Psychological Society and accredited both in Italy and the UK.

My therapeutic approach tends to be fairly eclectic and is tailored to the needs and requirements of the individual client. It may consist of psychotherapy, a cognitive behavioural approach or a more systemic approach.

Having an integrative approach allows my clients to benefit from a wide range of therapeutic tools and strategies that gives powerful lasting results.

All sessions are confidential

If you decide to have therapy you will be given an initial appointment. This appointment is an opportunity for you to meet me and ask any questions you may have before committing yourself to therapy. I will use this initial meeting to ask you some questions about how come you want counselling and what you hope to achieve through counselling. After this meeting you can then decide if you want to work with me and, if I am able to offer you the support you are seeking. Once we agree to work together we will agree the times we will meet. This would usually be at the same time each week.

It is usual to book about 6 sessions to start with and to have a review at the 6th session. You can then decide if you wish to continue counselling having had the opportunity to evaluate how it has been for you. Sometimes this may be enough or you may decide that you would like to have further counselling.
