Not sure whether to see a life coach or a counsellor? Can't decide what type of therapy would be best for you? Make an informed decision following a free assessment. The first step is the hardest - make it count.
What if I start coaching and realise I should have seen a counsellor (or vice versa)? We can agree to change the way we work together or I could refer you to another therapist if you prefer.
Not sure you can always get to a session? For some people, telephone sessions work just as well and they can be more convenient. They are definitely cheaper.
