I trained at Pathways School of Reflexology in Norwich, for two years, qualifying in Light Touch Reflexology and Anatomy and Physiology, becoming a full member of the Association of Reflexologists. Having worked in Clinic, I now practice in West Suffolk and regularly attend courses to update and further my knowledge of this widely beneficial therapy. I also practise Reiki Healing and Aqua Detox to detoxify and re-balance the body. My special interests and further study include Naturopathic Nutrition and Phytotherapy (using Herbs).

I have treated many patients with varied disorders, including back, shoulder and knee problems, whiplash, sciatica, migraines, stress, anxiety, chronic fatigue, ME, sinusitis, arthritis, insomnia, digestive problems, irritable bowel syndrome arthritis, Diabetes, eye disorders, the menopause, gynaecological disorders, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and RSI. I have also used reflexology to help people before and after operations.
For people unable to travel, a mobile service can be offered.
