Charm has had a keen interest in health for many years. After many failed attempts of trying to resolve her health problems in the conventional way, she tried other complementary approaches. Through changing her diet, addressing the root cause of her ill-health and applying various techniques, she managed to bring about positive lasting changes. She trained with the College of Natural Nutrition in London where she now tutors and runs workshops on health for a range of audiences. She has also completed a Foundation and Teacher Training course with the Natural School of Cookery. She empowers her patients during their journey, giving them personal guidance on nutrition, naturopathic techniques, and supplements where necessary, alongside working with the natural cycles with the aim of achieving vitality and healing on all levels.
