I offer both short and longer term psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy in a safe and confidential environment.
As well as my private practice I also work with clients using cognitive analytic therapy (CAT) in the NHS and solution focused brief therapy (SFBT) with employees in companies.
My fee is on a sliding scale according to what you can afford.
My practice is a few minutes walk from both Oxford Circus and Bond street tube stations.
