I am primarily a Cognitive Behavoural Therapist. Put simply, the main aim of Cognitive Behavoural Therapy (CBT) is to rid ourselves of faulty concepts that influence negative thinking. Among other things, a Cognitive Behavoural Therapist challenges preditermined assumptions and the associated negative thought and behavioural patterns that someone may have about themselves, others or their environment.

Some of the issues covered:
Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Bereavement, Loss, Stress, Life Crisis, Sex, Sexual Identity, Sexuality, 'Coming Out'. Relationships, Work Related Problems, Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Rape (male & female), Anger Management.

My consulting room is pleasant, private, air conditioned and overlooks my garden and farm land beyond. The room itself and all other client facilities are situated on the ground floor. There is also ample, private, safe off-road parking on my premises.


In addition and for your personal convenience I also accept all major Debit & Credit Cards for the payment of Counselling fees.
