Further Information
As a Nutritional Therapist, Alison helps people to overcome health problems by encouraging good nutrition and lifestyle choices. She works closely with clients to develop a comprehensive and personalised food and lifestyle plan to help them achieve their goals for health, whatever they might be, and however large or small. Where necessary, she recommends supplements that may enhance their progress back to full health, and clinical testing to help better understand their condition. Importantly, she provides continuing support via email to ensure that the transition back to health is as smooth as possible, and with that all important peace of mind.
So whatever your health goal, Alison may be able to help. For those who are not sure about Nutritional Therapy or its benefits, Alison provides a free telephone appointment so that you can discuss your individual concerns.
Alison trained for three years at the world renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (I.O.N.) in London. She has a Foundation Science degree in Nutritional Therapy, a first degree in Applied Biology and a Masters degree in Drug Research. She is a member of the British Association for Nutritional Therapy (BANT) which is committed to ensuring high professional standards for all Nutritional Therapists.
"There is nothing more rewarding than using Nutritional Therapy to help my clients heal themselves, and to see them looking so much better."
