I provide a professional and confidential counselling service in Southend-on-Sea & Leigh-on-Sea. I work in an integrative way, using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Person Centred approaches. I think it is important to tailor my approach to the needs of the individual as I do not believe that one approach is appropriate for everyone. As a counsellor, I will not tell you what to do or take control of your life. I will be non-judgmental, accept you unconditionally and will support you through your journey of self discovery, empowering you to take control of your life. I will provide a confidential and safe environment for you to work in.
I am a BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist (www.bacp.co.uk) and a UKRCP Registered Independent Counsellor/Psychotherapist. I work within the BACP’s Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
My fees are from £30 per 50 minute session.
