need help with excesive mucus and sticky throat

I have a constant sticky throat but cannot cough the mucus up over the counter products dont seem to help.Is there anything you can suggest

Check out your diet as well if the GP does not come up with anything. Perhaps it is time for a detox - the books via Carol Vorderman are a good guide. www.zenahaywardtherapies.co.uk
