I have constant itching all over my body just now and cant sleep

im taking cetirizene tablets but they are useless
Can any one help ??

The itching is likely to be hives, which is usually an allergic reaction. However it may be due to something else, so you should consult your GP who will take tests if necessary and give you a medical diagnosis. Then you can decide what course of action you want to take,but this needs to be seen by a doctor before considering CAM treatment.

Stress can cause Urticaria which is like an allergic reaction with its related hives and itching/burning. There is no cure for it except to take antihistamines. That may be a possibility as well - it all depends on how often this happens and for how long.
