    Hi Kirsty, Yes very important to get it checked medically and start incorporating healthier foods. I found that having wheat free alternatives - whole grains such as brown rice, quinoa, millet etc. and dairy free, such as Oat or rice milk, sugar free too such as foods that don't contain sugar or sweeteners and using more natural foods: cinnamon, brown rice syrup, raw organic honey. Incorporate more vegetable proteins such as beans, lentils, pulses. Fish instead of red meat, especially pork. Lots of vegetables and green leafy ones particularly. Seaweeds to introduce slowly.
