Bone pain issues?

Hannah.russell1996 (Stirling) said:

I broke my ankle bone almost 3 months ago and it took the NHS 6 weeks to find it. I then had a cast on for 3 weeks and when it was removed, it was revealed that my bone was still broken but they refused to put a new cast on. The bone is still broken to this day and is healing at a terrible pace. I recently started getting pains in my wrist even though I've had no incidents with it.
This is starting to worry me as I do not have a lot of faith in the NHS. Any suggestions/help?

    I am sorry.
Well have you ever heard about magneto-therapy?
It is very popular nowadays. Many sportsmans used for recovering. As for me,I broke my collarbone two years ago,I was riding my bike. And my friend advised me to learn more about alternative therapies.I found magneto-therapy.eu in the Web.And decided to try it.It was pretty good I forgot about pain after 3 months.

Hi Hannah, there are many reasons for slow healing, I would suggest seeing a Natural health practitioner versed in nutrition at the very least - in the meantime ensure you have A) a good diet with plenty of dark green vegetables, take *removed* mg Vit C a day as a minimum supplementary requirement - avoid fizzy drinks completely and ensure not too much animal protein consumed. B) sit quietly for at least 15 minutes every day and visualise the fracture knitting together and being completely healed - this may seem a flippant solution but it is powerful and can help significantly if you allow it. Have faith. Karen

This all sounds very frustrating not to mention painful!

One way to help to to take some natural anti-inflammatories - I recommend Salmon Oil Plus - most frequently as its proven to decrease the inflammatory index by 68% in just a few weeks (better than Ibuprofenm) and its ultr-clean - so no extra conmtamination, plus its FOOD - so there are no contra-indicaitons to using it! more details from here: *removed* *removed*
You can't buy these in the shops - but I always stock them, email me or call for details as on website.. www.livingelements.co.uk

Also sounds like you could do with some mineral supplementation... call me for more deatils of you wish - *removed*

Also, non-union of broken bones can be due to a loss of energy communicating between one area and another - surprisingly not uncommon. I have treated this successfully in the past using cranial Osteopathy - find a local Osteopath who can do this www.osteopathy.org

    Hope that all helps!
